with the development of modern science and technology, computers are widelyused in every teritories including education. how can a computer be my teacher?how does a computer teach me? multimedia(多媒体)helps a lot in this aspect inrecent years, and computer-based training (cbt) has become a popular educationalmedium (手段). even before the multimedia come up, many different learning systemsappeared, using the components and techniques we now associate with the term“multimedia”. multimedia components, such as graphics (动画) , animations , soundand video, make the learning process easier through visualization. animationscan present many complex subjects dynamically, but human teachers can not dothis on blackboards. multimedia makes our study more lively and interesting. forexample, a cd-rom disk named “encarta encyclopedia” contains 650 mb informationincluding images, graphics, music clips, video clips, animations , texts,hotwords, and database search functions. fields involved includes physical
sciences, performance arts, social sciences, politics, military, educationand so on. when pressing a button, i can hear american president clinton'sspeech clip. i may enjoy playing all kinds of musical instruments in the world.i can also see the animation of many physical phenomena. this makes physicalconcept to be understood deeply. the audio features of multimedia can greatlyhelp me learning foreign languages. with its speech output capabilities, i'm nolonger dependent on an instructor for proper pronunciation.
how can i interact with a computer? there are many ways, includingkeyboard, mouse pointer, and touch screen. i often use a keyboard. when i pressright keys, i can see and hear whatever i want. information world is at myfingertip. i wish that true speech input-output system would be invented oneday.
as teachers, computers have a lot of virtues： they are positive, they havegood memories and never lose any information stored in them. they have muchknowledge in every field. they can let out all kinds of sounds, and can alsoimprove the efficiency of our study. for example, if i want to, i can skip somechapters so that i can study at my own pace.

why do i have this dream? because reading is too tired， now i 6：30 in the morning when doing the dream also will hear mother shouted at my bedside， "get up! or else i will open a shrill alarm clock!" i heard that they should open the alarm clock， had to get up right away. then hurry clad wash gargle， then rushed to the station， on the way， buy some snacks in a hurry to get on the bus， on the way to chew breakfast while reading english. immediately start to school， the day i quickly closed my eyes. back home to do my homework， sometimes i work late to sleep very late， which have time to play!

be grateful for friends
it is a celebrating day. i got in touch with michael whom i have been losing contact for one year.
it is really magic. i was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why can’t i do so, either?
i intended to find out something about ben in revenge in the first place, but soon extend my name list to a wider category. it was then that i recalled michael suddenly.
we have lost contact since our last correspondence in my senior 3. he mentioned to me in his last letter that he was preparing for going to uk to further his education. i, shamefully, was too busy to reply his mail then. when i was recommended to zju and won the final freedom, i thought he had already been in uk so i had no idea where to write him.
i used to think that we would never meet again. however, when i browsed the entries about him, i found out excitedly that he is still in p.r.c.!
without a moment hesitation, i ran upstairs to my dorm and found out my old address book. thank goodness, his home no was still there.
after 3 times calling with no answer replies, i eventually got him on the phone. he was more surprised than i could imagine that when i asked for his hp no he was too nervous to remember it. :p hehe.

we are supposed to express our gratitude to others on thanksgiving day. however, we should feel gratitude every day.
god has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful heart. be grateful to others is a way to show your love. in our daily life, we often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. perhaps it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or offer you a seat in the bus. we should be thankful to them for whatever they have done. the more love you give, the more love you receive.
