各位老师，同学:
岁月如梭，一转眼我已经大三了，没有了大一初到的欣喜与迷茫，没有了大一处事的青涩与紧张，多出了淡定，多出了从容。
青春的大学里，我们都在努力奋斗着，多彩的舞台上，我们都在奋力的拼搏着。我，来自一个偏远的山村，也许是因为生在贫苦长在贫苦，所以我更能体会到父母的艰辛与不易，更能理解到付出时太阳下的汗水，收获时果实面前的笑容。我的名字就寄予了父母的期望，他们希望我长大后能扎上飞翔的翅膀，翔骋在属于自己的海洋。
确实，困难磨砺人生，上天对每个人都是公平的。他给我苦难的同时又给了我解决苦难的力量。在一此次的跌倒中我学会了乐观，学会了自信，锻造出坚韧的意志，不拔的信念，而一直支持着我的是一份责任，我不只是我自己，我还是父母的儿子。所以，我必须努力!一年前，抹下悔恨的泪，抚平高考的痛，踏上北上的列车，我来到这里，来到这么一个大家庭。我当时告诉自己，当命运折断希望的风帆，不能绝望，彼岸还在!当命运凋零了美丽的花瓣，不要沉沦，绿叶还在。没有一个季节能把青春阻挡!这里是我人生的一个转折，又一个起点，在这里我更加懂的得了集体的荣誉，团度的协作。付出了很多，也学会了很多。有酸、有甜、有苦、有涩。七彩的味道充斥着我的大学生活，也许多年以后回想起来，这里就是我人生记忆中一颗闪烁的明星.

当天上午回家，我对妈妈叙述了整个演讲的过程以及演讲的内容，没想到，只是听了我的诉说的并没有来到现场的妈妈竟然哭了，直到那一刻我才明白，原来演讲所说的正是妈妈心里所想。整整十六年，我第一次发现，妈妈总是最坚强的。如果我当时能尝尝从我眼中流出的眼泪，我想，那眼泪一定是甜的，因为在父母的呵护下，我本不苦，我是那样的幸福。
既然知恩，就要感恩，既要感恩，就要付出行动，既要行动，就不能只是当时深受感动，一时心血来潮的冲动一下。不要以为父母的恩情是你一句心血来潮的誓言就能敷衍的，更不要以为父母的恩情是你一点微不足道的行动就能报答完的。既是感恩，就是说你要感谢父母对你一点一滴的恩情。当你对父母抱怨不休，当你对父母说出那一句句顶撞的话的时候，不妨想一想你对父母拥有感恩的心了吗?你为感恩付出行动了吗?

演讲临结束时，演讲老师诶我们讲了黑人约翰的故事，有句话给我留下了深刻的印象，当约翰终于爬到比赛终点的时候，他跪在地下说：爸爸、妈妈，你们的孩子终于通过自己的努力到达了终点。我想，我的爸爸妈妈一定也希望我能早点到达我目标的终点。

1.changing how we farm

the report recommends a radical change in the way we treat human exreta and the need to abandon our current squo;flush-and-forgetsquo; toilet systems in favour of ecological sanitation. the report also calls for a change to eu organic regulations to allow the use of human sewage – rich in squo;naturalsquo; phosphate - on agricultural land to ensure phosphate levels are maintained. globally only 10% of human waste is returned to agricultural soils. urine alone contains more than 50% of the phosphorus excreted by humans.
